  • Coordinate media relations for the organization (and its divisions/branches)

  • Write press releases for both the trade and consumer press

  • Create media opportunities on radio and TV where and when appropriate

  • Create - as needed - news releases, video releases, film scripts, etc.

  • Plan and implement the organization's PR, Public Service, and Public Interest programs

  • Participate - as requested or needed - in strategizing sessions

  • Assist with trade show coordination and appearances

  • Write speeches for company executives

  • Arrange speakers, meetings, and events

  • Act as spokesperson for the company in planned events, or in case of accident or disaster

  • Arrange press conferences as appropriate

  • Assist with audio/visual materials for sales meetings and financial presentations

  • Accompany CEO and top management on business tours to arrange conventions

  • Work with financial staff on presentation of annual and quarterly reports

  • Assist in the writing and editing of house publications/newsletters
